All you need to do is launch the Remote Debugger Stub on the Windows
machine, set your name and optional password. Then the REALbasic IDE
will look for the Stub when you go to the Run Remote dialog. As long
as the network is configured correct and the firewall is configured

Also OT perhaps, but I got some info from Apple about upgrading
their developer membership. Is that any advantage if I am
exclusively using RB?
It can be an advantage if you can use the Hardware discounts. Apple
also provides specials around WWDC which includes the conference pass
and developer membership for a good discount... that is worth it, but
if you could only go to a single conference then REAL World would be
more beneficial.
