I've build lots of Windows installers (Wise Install Master) but for the Mac
I use MindVision FireStorm. No it's not free, but it's cheap, easy and
allowed me to create a professional Mac install with a EULA quickly. It also
allows you to create a automatically opening image with a custom background.
