Soo,
looks like I'm signed up on the last minute. Thanks to Janet at RS.

I'll do an Advanced RbScript session.

About plane tickets from Europe: Delta.com is the cheapest I found. If
you get on a codeshare with Air France, you'll get at least quite good
food (last year I flew business - no other airline I know offers such
good food!)

My biggest concern is getting a lower rate hotel room now. I'll
probably have to stay from Feb 24 til Mar 3 due to fares. I can't
afford the hotel at the venue. I am not afraid of crockroaches either
(rather, they're of me!), so I hope to find a cheap motel around
there, or something.

Or is someone willing to share a room with a mad mad 40 year old that
went 8 times to Burning Man and still has not a single tattoo nor
piercing?

Try the Hampton Inn which is close by.
Decent place and rates were pretty reasonable and they had free complimentary breakfast and wireless.
