I'd recommend creating your own google group as a first simple way to get
started. If you want some shared space for cooperative editing you can use
rbwiki.org. You might also want to look over REALopen to see if there are
any benefits of creating a project there, but until you actually have some
files to share or distribute, I'm not sure that's a necessary first step.
