Hi all,
I've put together a little project / canvas-based class that (somewhat)
mimics the Macintosh Finder window's icon view. It's a little rough
around the edges still, but figured someone may like to play with it and
potentially improve upon it. The class allows you to add icons, select
>from them, move them around, and create selections using a translucent
lasso effect, very similar to how OS X looks.

This project is free and open source. If you make any substantial
changes, please let me know and I'll upload your changes to the "official"
branch.
