Encrypting & Exporting multiple items

Anyone know if there's a quick way to Encrypt and Export a bunch of  
items? I've got to do 100+ items and I'd rather not have to type the  
password twice for each item if possible. I looked at the IDE  
scripting, but found no way to encrypt the items first.
