Code for ListBox Picture offset ?

Hello,

did everyone build a workaround to set bigger pictures (100x80) to the 
accurate position. There is the problem with the placement over the 
outsite the Listbox.
It´s to go mad with pictures of different sizes.(100x80 or 94x80 aso.)

Please help me.
