When DataAvailable fires, are you guaranteed to never have then end of one transmission and the beginning of another? Is it possible to have multiple simultaneous transmissions?

It can have some or all of the data written by the other side. So, if you've written two "transmissions", it might have both, part of one, or one full one and part of the second one.
