Einhugur's GammaLib (<http://www.einhugur.com/>) does what you need.
It's what I use in DarkAdapted (<http://www.adpartnership.net/
DarkAdapted/>) which is in use my many an astronomer and planetarium
director.
I believe Astroplanner uses this, as well, and I know that my own
ScopeDriver (<http://www.adpartnership.net/ScopeDriver/>) uses
GammaLib extensively.
It works great on Mac OS, but it's kind of hit-or-miss on Windows
systems. Some users report full success, others have some success,
and it doesn't work at all of some Win32 systems.
