RB2006 R3 installation

I downloaded the R3 twice already and it behaves the
same way.  It expanded the package and droped as soon
as it about to start the installation.  It didn't even
have a change to hold up the first question.

I use windows XP on my laptop.

Please let me know what to do or to look for on my
system.
