On Windows there's no standard for Options. The standards on Windows
for Open is Ctrl+O and for print is Ctrl+P so you should never use
them if you have an Open or Print menu item.

Some applications I found on my Windows that uses shortcuts for
Options/Preferences that might help you to choose one:
- MailWasher uses Ctrl+O for Options, but it does not have any Open
menu item.
- Corel Photo Paint uses Ctrl+K for Options.
- Adobe Acrobat uses Ctrl+K for Preferences->General.
- Macromedia Dreamweaver uses Ctrl+U for Preferences.
- Axialis IconWorkShop uses F2 for Preferences.
