Embedded SQLite Database Update?

I've been out of the loop for a little while and I was wondering  
whether the latest version of REALbasic (2006.4) is able to work no  
problem with SQLite databases created with earlier versions (e.g  
2006.2) or whether some conversion or recoding is required.
My understanding is that the latest version of REALbasic contains an  
updated SQLite engine. Some of the databases I have created with  
2006.2 are viewable, but not editable with 2006.4, while the new  
databases I create in 2006.4 work fine.
