I don't believe his has a limitation of one page, at least not when I
was looking at it a year ago. I can't imagine it has digressed
instead of progressed :)
Anyone else know what might work?
MBS has a PDFLib based plugin, but PDFLib is within the realm of
potentially being considered expensive.
