Nice, certainly, but not always true.

I was trying your tip. The first time, all was fine.

Then, I clicked on the window to bring it the focus.
Then, typing "Listb" to select a listbox changed the window's title  
to "Listb".
You have to be aware of the current part of the editor that has the  
focus in order to use this tip.

But, thanks for posting this useful tip.
