How to compare the code of two RB Apps?

Hi,

   I have two applications of about 4 MB in size which use many 
externals. I exported them as XML files.  What tools are there to 
compare the 2 projects and show the differences? I thought I could 
use MS Word, but it does not recognize the XML files for compare 
purposes.

   Any ideas of what to use here?
