OLE objects in Vista

Has anyone else noticed that if you do a Runas admin on your RB app  
in Vista your OLE objects will fail to connect. Not that big of a  
deal except if you have your installer launch your app (and thus  
inherit the elevated privs of the installer.)

I guess I am just wondering why. Is this a security feature?

Rb2007r1 WinXP devlop, debug on vista.
