The encrypting icon not changing is a known issue for modules I believe, I
think I filed a bug report on this a while ago. A refreshing issue.
Create module, encrypt it (icon appears). Decrypt it (icon still present).
Add a folder (icon disappears).
Similar refreshing bugs can happen as you create Methods. Enter a method
name and press enter, the name listed on the left portion changes, the
static text one at the top does not. This is on my Mac. I think I filed this
one too.
