A fairly large overhead given the minimum size of an RB app. Instead I would
recommend an installer. On Windows it is just too much hassle to deal with
an app that doesn't put itself in the right place and add a shortcut
somewhere (Start menu, quick launch bar, or desktop). Vista make that even
worse if you're running UAC.
