Hello Mathew and welcome.
1- You can try doing some searches on RBGarage.com and see what you find
there and use the examples there.
2- You can do most of the toolbar using canvas or container control.
3- The forum has lots of questions on these also.
If you need more detail, just ask here or on the forums.
