FR: allow fonts size for method list to be changed for better visibility on HD laptop screens

I have a MacBook Pro laptop with a HD (1920 * 1200) screen. RB is fine for
editing method code except it is a little hard at times to read the method
name list in the code editor at this smaller pixel size.

it would be helpful to be able to make the font in the method/property list
view  bigger.
