BAD Global Floating Window

Hello yall,

are the edit fields added to a window set to Global Floating supposed  
to be editable?

I added an editfield to a window thats set to global floating but the  
edit field is not editable.

How do I achieve a Global Floating window that allows me to edit an  
editfield?
