Hi Tim,
So you have actually been able to scroll controls on Linux? ? ?

When I have tried, I have found that they are not clipped at the canvas 
boundry. (or Container Control) The controls draw on top of other controls 
and even over the menu bar of the window. Unfortunately, I need more than just 
buttons. I need EditFields as well.

One of the bug IDs is: gajfucda

I haven't tried it with anything newer than 2007r1.

If it does work for you could you post a snippet of code that works?
