For what it's worth, I've been able to install Solaris 10, FreeBSD,  
SuSe, and Windows 95 thru XP on Parallels 3.0 on an Intel Macbook.   
As long as I limit it to no more than 2 Parallels sessions at a time,  
it runs good.
