Hi Steve,
Double clicking a file created with myOtherApp will not launch myApp, but
double-clicking a file created with myApp will launch myApp.

Windows ignores all file associations and file-types when you do this and
will fire NewDocument *whatever* file you drop there.
Doe double-clicking the document icon launch your app?
