Does anyone know if it is possible to construct a hierarchical menu
for the pop-up menu displayed by a ComboBox? It doesn't look like it,
but maybe I am missing something.
I know that I could use a Contextual Menu with an edit file, but
using a ComboBox would let the user know that the menu option is
available for entering text.
