http://realsoftware.com/feedback/viewreport.php?reportid=fcwjvgbm In response to previous discussions I have created a FR ( I really have no clue why the existing FR was closed down without so much as an explanation by RS ) " We have Bitwise OR, AND, and XOR operators. We need to be able to shift bits left and right. So much high performance code depends on bit shift operations. please can we have the compiler directly insert the appropriate machine code for the bit shift operations." http://realsoftware.com/feedback/viewreport.php?reportid=fcwjvgbm Cheers Dan _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html> |
