Hi Dave,
Yes, this 'orrible, grubby little bug gets me all the time.
I have asked for it to be put on my QuickFix list.

I attached a private project showing the bug
1) Backup the project
2) I move the pagepanel to index - 0 then make sure that a control
(Not on the page panel) is selected
3) Pray to the great God in the Sky (..are you up there SuperMan?)
4) resize the window
5) build the app and see what broke.
More often than not I just swear to never resize the window and
revert to the project saved in (1)
