FR: Enums - isnt it high time they were able to be defied inside classes ??

Begin Rant

I know I've bough this all up before, ( asking for the ability to define
enums and structs inside classes )


I'm personally not so bothered about structs, but currently I am still
forced to spray constants all over my classes, where really they should be
enums.  I don't want to define the enums globaly , or in other module scopes
using the namespace feature - because that's just more hassle and messy.

If RS want to encourage good programming practice its high time they
implemented this FR:
