Wow. That is a *lot* of menu options. With that much clutter, I'd say
your problem isn't RB's limits; it's the limited patience and manual
dexterity of your users.
Have you considered presenting the functionality associated with the
menu items in a more static, browseable format - such as cascading
listboxes (like the Finder's column view)?
