I do this all the time on the mac with a combination of shell scripts  
and applescripts, and this includes building of pretty DMGs uploading  
to the server and posting updates to my appcast server.  Now if I  
could just kick off innosetup to build my installer over on my  
windows machine all would be gravy ;)
