Console application crashing in Leopard

A simple Console application with RB 2007R4 (the only code is Print
"This is a test" in the App.Run method) crashes on launch in OS X
10.5.

First RB shows a "Can't compile this project" alert, then the
application crashes into the Crash Reporter shortly thereafter.

Have others experienced this? Is there a workaround?
