What version of RB are you building with?

Maybe not that strict. I've settled on Win2K, WinAS2001, WinXP/SP2,
Vista, WinAS2003R2, OS X 10.3+ PPC/Intel, Linux Intel as those are
the platforms we're testing in-house with success.
