Applications compiled with REALbasic only support Windows 2000 and up.
We started the transition with 2007r4, and did more with it in 2007r5. A
future release will have torn out *all* support for Windows 98/ME. So
applications with 2007r4 *may* work on 98 if you're lucky. They probably
won't work in 2007r5. The last version of REALbasic to support Windows 98
and ME was 2007r3.
The website is in the process of being updated -- thank you for pointing out
our gaffe.
