True but can't we keep it all under the correct 'Namespace' now so  
even though you use the 'Delegate' in the Joe 'Namespace' we would  
all be fine.  So the real question for me is how are you going to put  
this in the repo...

XML with exported XML parts that is funky to merge
or the problematic version control format that just never seems to  
work right for me?
or one big monolithic nasty project that is a merging nightmare...
