Why not create a buggy version that corrupts the mail storage every 
time.  It could then be called NoMail.

Over the years I've felt that about more the a few features.., more the a few  
either never seem to get fleshed out or be stable enough to be usuable beyond 
very simple cases, or it does not happen until many releases after the initial 
one.
Very frustrating. These days I am very careful about what I try to do in RB.
