You can't anymore. You can, however, contact Customer Service and  
request them to send it to you on a CD for a small fee. ($25.00)

Other than copying an actual OSX 10.4 disk, you might try using  
Carbon Copy Cloner. Donationware from:

Yes. But you might want to set up a separate partition first. You  
would then have to re-install 10.4. if you used Disk Utility. You  
should probably be able to get away with this after 10.2 but I always  
used to create the partitions.

It will also boot from an external Firewire (Not USB2) drive. 10.5 is  
supposed to be able to do this though.
