I've got an image with a transparent background and a 2-bit mask that
looks great on the Mac.

But on the Windows side, the area that is transparent in the image and
white in the mask is black. If I make that part of the image white
rather than transparent in the image, I get white behind the icon on
Windows.

Basically, it seems as though the mask is being ignored on Windows.

Building with 2008r1 on Leopard Intel.

Anyone have a solution?
