One thing I forgot to add, if you want to pressure us to use the Dynamic API
then it will need
to add operators.
String + and =, are probably one of the most common hacks to be used and I
belive the Dynamic API cant handle them. (At least not as far as I know)

I mostly use Graphics calls in design mode (yes REALbasic Graphics calls),
and some date calls, as surely controls need to be drawn in the same way
regardless of it you are in the design or runtime mode.
Without such then I would just draw a plain box in design mode, but then the
point of REALbasic is mostly gone if the visual desiner is no longer visual.
Same with the dates, I am not going to have one Date algorithm based on
REALbasic dates for Running and some other when in design mode.
If those are the cases you mean in RB6, then I would seriosly think you guys
need to go back and think about if REALbasic is moving forward or backward.
Now of all times with the added Linux platform then the use the REALbasic
objects instead of lot of platform specific code is then only thing that
makes sense.
