Gtk SelectionColor and Text Color when selected

Hello

Before I go absolutely mad in my long search for this then I just 
wanted to give it a shot to see if anyone here knows it.
I am looking for:
   * How to get Selection Color in Gtk (Often blue)
   * How to get Text color when selected in Gtk (Often white)
