I've several controls and in the RB IDE they normally just draw a gray
filled rectangle with black border as the control content.

Does someone has such a drawing code which works on RB 4, 5 and 6 and on
Mac, Linux and Windows so I can use it in all my plugins?

Our plugins use separate drawing code for the three platforms. But the same code should work fine on all the versions of REALbasic.
