compilation error with plugin

["Ramana rao" <ramana dot rao at induslogic dot com>]

I get the error "Internal compiler error in Windows1: Inherits window" on
compilation. I am trying a RB console application .

The error occurs only when I have a plugin "testlib" in my plugin directory.
It vanishes if this plugin is taken away.

 

Can anyone help me please
