The easiest way would probably be to buy a new hard drive. Linux is a
snap to install if you are installing it on new hardware. But if you
are trying to install it onto hardware that already has a OS, and you
want to keep the other OS, then things get a lot more challenging. But
I'd think that would be true of other OSs as well.
