Ok. But is it right to compile on LINUX box and copy the library to windows
and use the RB plugin converter

Don't do that! Those files are part of the plugin SDK and you
shouldn't touch them.
The files you should strip down or modify to your purposes are the
ones in the "Examples" directory.
