Nope David.

1) The same error was in b6 also.

2) I absolutely trash prev beta of RB before install new one.
    I just expand archive from your ftp. So I do not move only IDE.

You can easy reproduce in 5 minutes if you will download V4RB_2 by this URL
    http://paradigmasoft.com/download/V4RB_2_mac.dmg

And try to run exmaple Init_ShutDown
