Hmmm, are you sure it's empty? Not that it matters anymore, just curious...

What we do with our own internal plug-ins should not matter to you. As a
suggestion, you can version the folder name of your plug-in in the RBX file.
This will show up in our Help menu if you've added HTML help to your RBX
plug-in, which I suggest everyone do.
