Could RS please give us a simple answer to this question, so that we
can stop chasing our own ghosts needlessly and await a fix:
Do Mach-O plugins built with Xcode 2.1 and the latest SDK work with
the just-released RB2005?
I don't mind waiting a bit for a patch to RB2005, and can continue to
work with 5.5.5, but please save me some time chasing down what I
think is my own blunder, which may be a RB2005 flaw in the end.

I don't have any experience with PEF plugins, or how they get
placed into a folder hierarchy to be converted into a .rbx file
with a Mach-O dylib file. I wonder if someone could make a "empty"
PEF plugin for me to include in my plugin (using Plugin Converter)
-- it might solve the problem in the meantime.
