RB2005r4 bugs related to plugin dev

I know this is the wrong way to report bugs, but since they are  
related to plugin dev. I wonder if someone can give me a confirm.
Bug1
RB2005r4 doesn't show parameters for global functions (registered  
with REALRegisterMethod). This is true for both MachO and PEF builds.  
It works in RB5.5.
Maybe I am missing something?

Bug2:
Control icons (mapped to bmp files inside the IDE Resources->Controls  
Palette folder in the rbx plugin) are ignored by the IDE if the  
plugin is defined only as MachO. A workaround is to define a dummy  
PEF control.
