Ah. If you don't have CodeWarrior now, then buying a new version
definitely wouldn't be the answer, as they no longer come with x86
compilers. If you happened to already have, say, CodeWarrior 8.3 (for
example), then you could use that to create Windows plugins. But I
just go the Visual Studio route.
