Yes that is an alternative but I did Ideally either want to either
use a VNC Viewer Class or an easy to use, quick screenshot capture
class.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Well I have ScreenShotMBS in my plugins, but this will be quite slow to
send the whole screen always.
You may need to hook into some system function so you know about screen
parts which changed.
