To answer the original question, pretty much any fairly recent version of CodeWarrior should work just fine.

You can move the x86 compilers and x86 related files from CW 9.2 to CW 10 to get the cross compile from CW 10.

(Personally then I would though avoid starting new x86 compile in CW if you have alternate options, since CW is a dead end)
